July 2, 2023

Colonel Tim Spicer OBE spent 20 years in the British Army, serving in the Falklands War, Bosnia, the first Gulf War, and Germany, as well as Northern Ireland where he was awarded an OBE for leadership on Counter Terrorist Operations. During his military career he became an expert on Soviet military doctrine and capability.

On leaving the military he founded Aegis Defence Services which became the largest British Private Security Company. Aegis worked for the British, American and Italian Governments as well as the UN and significant International Corporations. Aegis provided security services in Iraq, Afghanistan, Somalia, and Yemen, and was closely involved in the coordination of security for the Iraq reconstruction program.

Colonel Tim Spicer is an ambassador for Paback4Ukraine, coordinating the support from military veterans for the project:

«Payback4Ukraine will play a vital role in compensating Ukraine for Putin’s aggressive and illegal war, and the extreme suffering inflicted on the Ukrainian people. Putin and his cronies must not go unpunished». Mr Spicer is working with Payback4Ukraine to help Ukrainians affected by this horrific war to get proper compensation for the loss and harm they've suffered. Given his experience in the British Army he sees the importance of legal action to ensure justice and support for those who have become victims of the Putin's illegal war in Ukraine.

The programme is extremely grateful for his support.🙏🏻
