P4U GOALS
- Bringing legal actions against Russian oligarchs, sanction busters and mercenaries
- To provide a depoliticised route to justice that is impervious to the negotiations of international diplomacy and real politik.
- To reveal and establish in global courts that the war is illegal, that terrorism and war crimes have been committed against the Ukrainian people
- Support the strategic objectives of the Ukraine.
The programme is designed to allow multiple cases to be brought against Putin’s war machine simultaneously (in a coordinated way which reduces the costs and increases the efficiency of litigation) to frustrate, attack and deplete the war machine, and maximise reparations for Ukrainians.

Over 17 million Ukrainians use the Diia App, a digital passport that allows access to over 72 government services. Payback4Ukraine is working with the Ukrainian Ministry of Digital Transformation to reach potential Ukrainian claimants through the app so they can apply in seconds to join the programme.
